Key Job Information  This is a fixed term position ending June 30, 2027.
Responsibilities   Record and process real estate investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, income, and expenses, in Sim Corp Dimension (SCD), eFront, Aladdin, and Yardi Voyager, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Coordinate new investment setup in SCD, eFront, and Aladdin with internal and external parties, ensuring the required information is complete and accurate.
Update and validate quarterly market values for fund investments.
Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations and investigate variances.
Prepare various reconciliations and reports.
Provide the necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
Provide vacation coverage for the Accounts Payable Analyst.
Ideal Candidate   Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is required.
3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
Progress toward a professional accounting designation is an asset.
Excellent Microsoft skills.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can manage conflicting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
