In this non-exempt role, you will report to the Office Manager, focusing on processing customer payments and monitoring accounts for inconsistencies. Key responsibilities include initiating collection efforts, providing status updates to management, and resolving customer inquiries. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, will be crucial in summarizing aging accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer payments per company policy
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and partial payments
• Communicate account statuses to management regularly
• Organize and initiate collection efforts effectively
• Complete monthly and quarterly closing statements
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office with Excel emphasis
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
• Business or similar experience preferred
