Hybrid Customer Account Financial Analyst

As a full-time analyst, you will focus on accurate invoice entries, engage with internal teams, and proactively follow up on outstanding information. Your insights will support reconciliation reports, aiming to maintain optimal KPI goals while providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily invoice entries into customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate closely with branches and Shared Service teams
• Update tracking reports with detailed notes daily
• Represent Finning in a professional and confidential manner
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience with Accounts Payable software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
