As the Director of Financial Planning, you will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct preparation of briefing materials for executive presentations
• Develop Ministry Business Plan and annual budget according to guidelines

• Provide critical analysis and strategic advice to the Executive Team
Requirements:
• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 7 years of experience in related fields
• Experience with public sector accounting
• Management experience with executive communication
• Professional accounting designation preferred
Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic financial skills to drive impactful results within the Alberta Public Service.
