Position: Everyday Banking Advisor

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate personal banking products and matching them with suitable solutions. Your sales skills will guide both personal and business clients towards optimal savings and lending products, ensuring they achieve their financial goals. As a collaborative connector, you will leverage your networking abilities to enhance client access to ATB’s full service range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized banking advice and product solutions

• Guide clients in selecting appropriate savings and lending options

• Identify referral opportunities to enhance service delivery

• Build meaningful relationships and understand client needs

• Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in client-focused roles

• 1-3 years in retail banking or similar industries

• Familiarity with lending products is a plus

• Passion for sales and relationship management

• Degree/diploma in finance or relevant experience
