What you’ll be doing

• Serve as a customer‑centric advisor who connects with customers in a relatable way within the Canadian Banking Branch network.
• Proactively discover customer needs, listen to understand what they are asking for, and educate customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
• Build comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
• Nurture strong, long‑standing relationships and contribute to branch growth by delivering against individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What you need to succeed

• The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships.
• A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day‑to‑day banking, investments and borrowing solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment aligned with a customer’s goals.
• A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
