As an Insolvency Advisor in BDO’s Personal Debt Solutions team, you will support clients in navigating their financial issues. This role combines client consultations, assisting in bankruptcies, and extensive community outreach to promote services. Training will be provided to ensure you excel in identifying and recommending solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess debtor situations during consultations
• Guide clients through bankruptcy processes
• Prepare and manage client documentation
• Collaborate on community outreach initiatives
• Use social media to raise awareness of services
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in relevant customer service field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Availability for one evening shift weekly
