Make a difference as a Construction Finance Business Partner with Carrington Group of Companies in Edmonton, AB. Engage directly with operations to drive financial success in multi-family and condominium projects.
Reporting to the CFO, this role merges finance with operational strategy, focusing on project financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow forecasting. You will analyze job costing and ensure informed decision-making to enhance project performance. This position requires a forward-thinking approach to identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with project management on financial insights
• Analyze project profitability and cash flow projections
• Support budgeting and strategic operational decisions
• Monitor trends and identify risks in project execution
• Facilitate reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in finance or business partnering
• Construction sector experience strongly preferred
• CPA designation is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous
• Excellent analytical and relationship-building skills
