As an Elevations Specialist with FCT, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in mortgage processing.
Your role involves directly communicating with lenders and brokers under tight deadlines to resolve file issues and ensure timely closings. Collaboration with various internal departments is essential to overcome obstacles in the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as subject matter expert across multiple lines of business
• Communicate time-sensitive matters with stakeholders directly
• Liaise with internal departments to progress files
• Resolve customer service issues adhering to policies
• Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage files
Requirements:
• Experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk or mortgage professional
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capability
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
