As a Universal Financial Associate, you’ll engage directly with our members in locations including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Fort Saskatchewan. This role calls for one year of retail banking or sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will provide administrative support, assist in member transactions, and help optimize financial fitness for each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather information for Financial Advisor meetings
• Review and recommend improvements for member accounts
• Open and follow up on new accounts
• Process various banking transactions accurately
• Support branch initiatives to enhance member relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of retail banking or sales experience
• High school diploma required
• Post-secondary finance education preferred
• IFIC certification is an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle needed
