In this managerial role within the Mortgage Finance team, you will oversee the execution and analysis of financial transactions related to IGM Financial's mortgage operations. Your expertise in risk management and investment strategies will contribute significantly to maintaining liquidity and optimizing mortgage capital market activities. Collaborate with various departments while supporting training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage securitization programs and recurring investment activities
• Execute and prepare financing transactions for mortgage funding
• Analyze interest rate derivatives to ensure risk management
• Prepare financial forecasts for Capital and Liquidity Management
• Maintain accurate records in valuation systems
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance
• Finance designation (CFA, FRM, CPA, etc.) preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
