Valar Atomics seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to spearhead financial planning efforts. This role involves owning various financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You'll partner with leaders across the organization, delivering actionable insights critical to decision-making and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• Build and maintain a consolidated operating model

• Lead monthly forecasting, collaborating with department heads

• Deliver comprehensive reporting on business performance

• Analyze budget versus actuals for accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 6+ years in FP&A or related fields

• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in high-growth startups preferred
