Position: Chief Financial Officer for North Central Co-op
Location: Stony Plain

Join North Central Co-op as Chief Financial Officer and enhance operational excellence in finance and risk management. Focus on sustainable growth across Western Canada communities.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team. This role emphasizes strong financial leadership, compliance, and the development of high-performing teams in Finance, Asset Protection, and IT. You will also lead strategic initiatives that directly impact our member-owners and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial stewardship, accounting, and reporting

• Partner in enterprise decision-making and planning

• Develop and execute financial strategies and investments

• Conduct economic analysis on pricing and cash flow

• Manage Enterprise Risk processes and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance; CPA required

• 10+ years finance experience, with 8+ in leadership roles

• Strong capability to lead teams and engage stakeholders

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

• Proven track record of working with executive leadership
