In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on real estate, consumer lending, and retirement solutions within assigned branches. Conduct meetings that assess and meet member financial needs, ensuring a positive experience with first-point resolutions. Expand member relationships by recommending optimal products tailored to their specific situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations to assess members’ financial situations
• Resolve inquiries and provide financial recommendations
• Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis
• Process transactions and deepen member relationships
• Collaborate in training and ongoing policy updates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED as a minimum
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years experience with financial transactions
• Appropriate licenses for real estate and consumer lending may be necessary
• Deep understanding of credit union operations and regulations
