In this senior position, you will manage complex loan transactions from initial approval to finalization while mentoring the underwriting team. Collaborating closely with clients and Agency partners, you’ll ensure comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence. Your leadership will be key in shaping effective underwriting strategies in the multifamily sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan transactions from screening to final approval

• Act as client liaison for underwriting concerns

• Mentor junior underwriters and staff

• Analyze and approve due diligence materials

• Collaborate on larger underwriting efforts and market research

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of experience

• Familiarity with Agency financing methods, especially Fannie Mae

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities

• Strong leadership and effective communication skills

• Diligent attention to detail in all tasks
