Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes

• Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting initiatives

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Champion job costing and project profitability reporting

• Evaluate finance workflows for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles

• Hands-on experience with Procore and Spectrum

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
