Position: Finance Clerk at North Central Co-op
Location: Stony Plain

Join North Central Co-op as a Finance and Administration Clerk in Stony Plain, Alberta. Support the Finance Department with exceptional service while adhering to sound accounting practices.

This role involves assisting Member Services while maintaining accuracy in daily sales transactions, updating Excel reports, and providing outstanding customer support. The Finance and Administration Clerk will also contribute to process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency within the organization and performing various finance-related tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily sales transactions for accuracy

• Maintain and update various Excel reports

• Review petroleum reports per company policies

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks

• Provide internal and external customer service support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and intro accounting course

• 1-3 years related accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with JD Edwards is a strong asset
