Position: TD Wealth Private Banking Associate
Contribute to the renowned client service experience at TD Wealth as a Private Banking Client Service Associate in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is dedicated to providing premier service to our high-net-worth clientele.

In your role, you will assist the Senior Private Banker in ensuring that affluent clients receive exceptional support regarding their banking needs. Your core responsibilities include onboarding new clients, advising on banking solutions, and maintaining comprehensive communication. Your administrative skills will be essential to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of client service in all dealings

• Support client onboarding and propose banking solutions

• Generate reports and manage necessary correspondence

• Resolve client inquiries promptly and discreetly

• Identify process improvement opportunities in workflows

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree is preferred

• 3 years of relevant client-facing experience

• Strong knowledge of retail banking and credit services

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada is encouraged

• Excellent interpersonal skills handling sensitive information
