Colliers Debt Advisory is a commercial real estate capital markets practice. We advise property owners, developers, and investors on structuring and raising debt across their portfolios, including acquisitions, construction, bridge, and term financing, and we negotiate directly with banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders to place it. The team is led by a former institutional capital markets Managing Director and is built to close hundreds of millions in transactions a year.
You will underwrite live deals from your first week: modelling cash flows, structuring loan requests, building lender packages, and sitting in on negotiations most analysts never see before year five. This is one of the few seats in Alberta where you learn commercial real estate finance from the advisory side of the table.
