You will assist in preparing key presentations, conducting valuable research, and participating in crucial financial modeling. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pitch-books for business development

• Perform comprehensive market and company research

• Create lists of potential acquisition targets

• Help draft Confidential Information Memorandums

• Participate in financial modeling and due diligence

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a post-secondary business program

• Passion for Mergers and Acquisitions

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical tasks
