Finance Assistant at Radius Community Health

Support financial operations at Radius Community Health & Healing as a Finance Assistant. This role manages vendor payments, invoicing, and client accounts in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a crucial team member, the Finance Assistant aids the Finance and Office Manager with financial operations for the Pathways Programs. Your daily responsibilities will include processing invoice payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely claim submissions to funders. Additionally, you will handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and accounts payable promptly

• Manage client payments and GL entries/adjustments

• Reconcile vendor records and accounts efficiently

• Prepare internal charges and bank deposits

• Organize and maintain financial document records

Requirements:

• Relevant accounting education and office experience

• Proficiency in INTACCT (minimum 3 years)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
