Key Responsibilities:

• Document essential information for Financial Advisor discussions

• Ensure account accuracy and compliance

• Onboard new members and follow up as needed

• Enter loan applications efficiently

• Drive memberships and strengthen existing relationships

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail banking or sales experience

• High school diploma mandatory

• Related post-secondary education is advantageous

• IFIC certification preferred

• Passion for helping members improve financial health
