Key Responsibilities:
• Structure and negotiate new loan packages for clients
• Conduct thorough financial analysis for project viability
• Prepare loan summaries for investor reviews
• Supervise loan portfolio management and compliance
• Train and oversee Analysts and Advisors in loan processes
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant construction lending experience
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
• Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational skills in a dynamic environment
• Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel
