Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Position: High-Volume Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Lead a dynamic housekeeping team as a Supervisor. Ensure top-notch cleanliness and service standards, while guiding daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role demands a strong leader with supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a high-volume property. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff performance, conducting inspections, and addressing guest inquiries effectively. You will implement training programs and maintain compliance with company policies to support team retention and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise housekeeping operations

• Facilitate communication with the Executive Housekeeper

• Conduct quality control inspections of rooms

• Manage training and onboarding of new hires

• Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Hospitality management education preferred

• Strong communication and crisis management skills

• Experience in coaching and mentoring staff

• Excellent customer service and motivational abilities
