In this critical support role, you will work closely with the Front Office Manager, providing operational guidance and uplifting service standards. You'll be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and maintaining compelling guest experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle fast-paced pressures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational support across multiple departments
• Train Front Office staff in excellent service delivery
• Ensure proper staffing in accordance with productivity guidelines
• Address guest concerns and manage feedback efficiently
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Front Office operations
• Professional presentation and problem-solving skills
• High reliability and teamwork in fast-paced situations
• Valid full Canadian driver’s licence
