You will be responsible for directing all aspects of FOH operations at either Alberta Jubilee Auditorium location, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. Your leadership will guide daily operational effectiveness and elevate guest service quality. This position demands an experienced professional who can manage staff, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations for FOH crew
• Establish and manage annual FOH budget and financial goals
• Oversee all aspects of hospitality and service delivery
• Maintain effective communication with government and organizational leaders
• Implement safety training programs aligned with regulations
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years in venue or hospitality management
• Proven customer service and team leadership experience
• Knowledge in budgeting and financial oversight
• Certifications in Pro Serve and First Aid/CPR
• Must pass a police vulnerability sector check
