Oversee all day-to-day operations, including front of house, back of house, and bar

Requirements
3–5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret P&L statements
Proven ability to lead teams in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments
Hands‑on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
