In this pivotal role, you will manage the Food and Beverage teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while adhering to brand standards. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with suppliers, and innovate menus that attract and satisfy guests. Your leadership will focus on enhancing colleague development to ensure top-notch service across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Events, Culinary, Stewarding, and Outlets teams
• Act as a member of Leadership and Crisis Management teams
• Develop monthly financial outlooks for the division
• Foster community relations to enhance offerings
• Ensure innovative and appealing menus are delivered
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in progressive hotel Food & Beverage roles
• Valid Food Handler and Pro Serve certifications
• Strong ability to manage quality and profitability
• Expertise in pricing and cost controls
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
