Your role will shape the atmosphere and hospitality that every member experiences.
In this full-time position, you'll require 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a premium service environment. You will oversee front desk operations, recovery services, and manage our Pro Shop while maintaining Altea’s hospitality standards. Your proactive leadership will ensure members feel welcomed and valued each time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor front of house team members
• Enhance member interactions and overall experience
• Manage front desk operations and daily procedures
• Ensure effective service recovery practices are in place
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience with membership and reservation systems
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Criminal Background Check required prior to hire
