In your supervisory role, you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of Fairmont Gold. Key duties include overseeing all front desk functions, managing guest inquiries, and facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process. You will also support your staff in navigating guest service challenges, all while maintaining strong communication with other hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm service and ensure guest needs are met
• Perform front desk duties including audits and reports
• Verify Fairmont Gold reservations for compliance with standards
• Supply guests with concierge-level information
• Lead your team in resolving service recovery challenges
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role at a hotel
• Excellent skills in Micros-Opera and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure
• Must have Pro Serve certification and be of legal age
