As the Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you play an integral role in our luxury front desk team, overseeing operations and guiding your colleagues. Your responsibilities will involve personalized guest service, front desk tasks, and resolving service issues to uphold our Gold standards. Be prepared to work variable shifts and engage guest interactions at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead warm and anticipatory service for our guests
• Manage all front desk duties with precision
• Oversee guest arrival and departure coordination
• Provide guests with expert local attraction information
• Empower staff to resolve service challenges proactively
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of Micros-Opera systems
• Highly organized with an innovative mindset
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol in Alberta
