As a Guest Service Agent reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will create memorable experiences for guests in your part-time seasonal role until October 1, 2026. Key responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering calls, addressing concerns, and preparing for VIP arrivals to guarantee a flawless experience. You’ll need effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide fast, friendly service to all guests
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries
• Ensure organization and sanitation at the front desk
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
• Previous front desk experience preferred
• Effective communication skills essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP a plus
• Must have hotel/hospitality education background
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends
