This position demands a strong on-site presence, where you will manage daily front desk responsibilities. You will negotiate with suppliers and clients, assist guests with special needs, and enforce policies. Your main goal is to ensure both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with suppliers for optimal materials and supplies
• Engage clients for effective use of hotel facilities
• Create and execute strategic marketing plans
• Supervise maintenance activities across hotel facilities

Requirements:
• Experience in hotel front desk management
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Understanding of hotel policies and customer service
• Leadership experience for 1 to 2 team members
• Must work on-site at the hotel location
