Stepping into this pivotal role means being responsible for creating personalized experiences that delight our guests. You will handle all aspects of front desk management, from auditing charges to curating exceptional local advice for guests. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standards in guest service delivery
• Execute all front desk tasks efficiently and accurately
• Oversee reservation accuracy and compliance
• Offer outstanding concierge insights to guests
• Assist team in resolving guest service issues promptly
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience at a hotel
• Knowledge of Micros-Opera and Microsoft products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
• Legal age to serve alcohol in Alberta and Pro Serve certified
