Join our team as a Guest Service Agent and enrich guest experiences at our hotel! Deliver top-notch service and assist guests from arrival to departure in this seasonal, part-time role.
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll report to the Front Office Manager, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience until October 1, 2026. You will check guests in/out, answer phone inquiries, monitor billing arrangements, and prepare for VIP arrivals. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you thrive while fulfilling a variety of essential front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out for hotel guests
• Manage inquiries and incoming calls with professionalism
• Replenish front desk supplies and maintain cleanliness
• Address guest comments and concerns promptly
• Coordinate mail and message delivery for guests
Requirements:
• Experience in front desk or reception roles an asset
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft and hotel management systems a plus
• Degree in Hotel/Hospitality beneficial
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
