This role involves working alongside the Facility team to ensure event readiness and operational needs are met daily. You will assist in the setup and tear down of event spaces, prepare rooms, and maintain equipment and inventory. Your collaborative effort will guarantee functional, safe environments for clients and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event setup and conversion processes daily

• Prepare rooms based on specific event requirements

• Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts and lawn mowers

• Inspect and drive maintenance for venue supplies and inventory

• Ensure safety compliance in all operations

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence

• Effective team player in fast-paced settings

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Adaptability to changing priorities and operational demands

• Ability to lift 22.5 kg consistently
