As a Hospitality Manager, you ensure that residents enjoy an exceptional living environment through top-tier hospitality services. This role encompasses directing the dining room and housekeeping teams while managing budgets, training staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a focus on quality service, you will spark a restaurant-style atmosphere and coordinate closely with kitchen leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and train dining and housekeeping staff
• Manage labor budgets and supplies expenses
• Create a welcoming dining atmosphere
• Lead tours for prospective residents and handle inquiries
• Ensure quality checks of service and operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED;
Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2 years of front of house supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
