Position: Full Time Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient, friendly service and managing guest check-ins and check-outs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests

• Check in and out hotel guests adhering to established policies

• Resolve guest concerns to guarantee satisfaction

• Prepare for VIP and loyalty member arrivals

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front desk

Requirements:

• Previous front desk or reception experience preferred

• Effective communication skills required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows XP as an asset

• Knowledge of hotel management software (Micros PMS/Opera)

• Hotel or Hospitality degree/diploma advantageous
