In this role, you will be the welcoming face for guests arriving at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. As a Bell Captain, you will lead the Guest Services team, provide essential luggage and transportation services, and ensure operational standards are met. This position combines guest interaction with oversight responsibilities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer professional and engaging service to guests
• Manage transportation and luggage delivery efficiently
• Train and develop the Guest Services team
• Maintain a presence in the lobby for guest assistance
• Direct the Bellperson team for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Class 4 Driver's license required
• 1 year of guest service experience necessary
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and work flexible hours
