As a critical part of AJAS, you’ll manage all aspects of FOH operations, ensuring high-quality service for patrons and clients alike. Your strong leadership will guide a talented team, align best practices, and maintain financial control over FOH activities while enhancing community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day FOH operations and staffing
• Ensure excellence in customer service and experience
• Develop and monitor FOH operational budgets
• Liaise with leadership for strategic alignment
• Manage inventory and concessions effectively
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of experience in hospitality or venue management
• Proven track record in customer experience management
• Knowledge of POS systems like TOAST
• Must hold Pro Serve and First Aid certifications
• Capable of leading dynamic, fast-paced teams
