The Onsite Event Venue Coordinator is a highly visible position, acting as the first point of contact for guests in the assigned venue.
What You’ll Be DoingWelcome guests and provide a high level of hospitality while serving as a primary point of contact within the venue.
Answer guest questions, provide directions, and assist with special requests to ensure a positive guest experience.
Manage luggage and coat check services while maintaining an organized and professional reception area.
Monitor and replenish reception and venue supplies as needed.
Support onsite event operations by assisting Venue Managers with event-related tasks and logistics.
Serve as a venue ambassador by providing daily venue walkthroughs and sharing knowledge of venue amenities and services.
Assist with shipping and receiving, data entry, and other administrative support duties.
Handle confidential information and follow established venue policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of professional experience; experience in the event, hospitality, or meeting management industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
Ability to maintain professionalism while handling confidential information.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including extended standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
Experience in event management, hospitality, concierge, or guest services environments.
Prior experience supporting executive guests or VIP experiences.
Experience with shipping, receiving, or administrative support functions.
This is an Onsite role.
Travel is not required
.Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
