Join Basecamp Property Management Ltd. as a full-time Reservations Manager in Canmore, Alberta. This maternity cover role focuses on optimizing bookings, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
As a Reservations Manager, you will be part of the Revenue & Sales team overseeing 13 properties. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue. With attention to detail and strong communication skills, you will ensure smooth booking processes and guest service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor OTA bookings for accuracy in property management system
• Track payments, refunds, and cancellations to boost revenue
• Assist sales team with effective group booking execution
• Resolve reservation issues with guest service teams
• Produce detailed revenue reports on a scheduled basis
Requirements:
• Experience in reservations or hospitality preferred
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication for team collaboration
• Familiarity with online travel agency platforms
• Proficiency in reservation systems and management software
