This key role focuses on enhancing guest experiences through effective supervision of the Player team and managing service across diverse entertainment areas. You’ll ensure high standards are met and maintain staff morale while addressing guest feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver seamless service during events and group bookings

• Ensure front-of-house staff adhere to company grooming standards

• Address customer complaints and maintain professionalism

• Provide training and coaching for team members

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in a supervisory role within hospitality or amusement

• Proven conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

• Experience in training staff highly regarded

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and systems
