As a Night Audit Manager, you'll oversee audit responsibilities and guide a dedicated team in achieving premium service. You'll handle crisis management, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure compliance with LQA and GSS goals. Your expertise will shape unforgettable stays for our Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the Night Audit team and ensure seamless operations

• Manage nightly reports for smooth shift transitions

• Oversee guest accounts, ensuring financial accuracy

• Train and onboard new Night Audit ambassadors

• Navigate crisis management and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience

• Degree in Hotel Management is an asset

• Familiarity with FSPMS, MARSHA, or Guest Voice is preferred

• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts

• Strong attention to detail in all operations
