Position: Hospitality Manager at People’s Light

Lead the guest experience as a Front of House and Hospitality Manager at People’s Light. Elevate patron engagement and foster a supportive environment in this full-time, on-site role.

In this key position, you will work directly with the Associate Director of Audience Services and involved departments to ensure top-notch experiences for theatergoers. Your responsibilities will encompass staffing, concessions management, and community event coordination. Your hospitality-focused attitude will be vital in enhancing every interaction with our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as House Manager during performances

• Create House Management reports post-show

• Monitor House Manager and Stage Management reports

• Manage hiring and training for Front of House staff

• Oversee concessions budgeting and vendor accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in theatre patron services

• Collaborative mindset in a team setting

• Proactive approach to guest engagement

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Strong passion for theatre and community
