Hotel Night Auditor – Overnight Shift

Location: Drayton Valley

Become a crucial point of contact for guests as a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Drayton Valley, Alberta. This overnight role runs from 11 PM to 7 AM, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

In this role with Hotel Equities, you will be responsible for efficiently processing guest check-ins and check-outs. Customer service skills are essential as you will handle requests, communicate needs to the management, and ensure all transactions are accurate. Your passion for hospitality will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in guests and provide information on hotel services

• Resolve guest issues and process feedback

• Maintain accurate cash and credit card handling

• Collaborate with management regarding guest needs

• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Prior hospitality industry experience is a plus

• Basic math and computer skills required

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
