Reservations Supervisor

Take charge as a Reservations Team Lead at our Edmonton location, focusing on operational efficiency and delivering top-notch guest service. This part-time position emphasizes training and coaching.

As the Reservations Team Lead, you’ll support daily operations in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager. Your job involves managing inbound calls, resolving guest requests, and mentoring the Reservations Agents on service standards and upselling techniques. This role is vital to achieving departmental revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations in Supervisor's absence

• Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly

• Monitor call flow and improve service efficiency

• Provide decision-making for escalated issues

• Train staff on performance metrics and service standards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or hotel reservations

• Asset:

Experience with PMS Systems like Opera Cloud

• Passion for guest service and strong leadership

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
