You will own the comprehensive operations of large remote accommodations, ensuring that housekeeping, food services, and guest satisfaction are top priorities. The Lodge Manager acts as the primary on-site representative, directly influencing service quality as well as team performance. Travel to Nunavut from Alberta or Northwest Territories is needed for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations across guest services, culinary, and housekeeping
• Ensure service compliance and operational readiness

Requirements:
• 5+ years in management within hospitality or camp operations
