We are seeking a new or experienced Member Services Specialist to join our team at The Glendale Golf & Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstandingservicetoour

Membersandguestsensuringthattheirexperienceatour

Clubissecond to none. In addition to managing the storage of golf bags, the drivingrange, and power carts,thisindividualwillalsoplayakeyroleinmaintainingthecleanlinessofthe

Club and working effectively as part of ateam.

• Provideexceptionalcustomerservicetoall Membersandguests,ensuringthattheir needs are met in atimely and professional manner.
• Managethestorageofgolfbags,ensuretheyarecleaned,stored securely,and retrieved promptly for Members andguests of the Club.
• Maintainthecleanlinessandappearanceofthedrivingrange,including-picking and washing the range balls,cleanliness of range tee area and staging of all accessories.
• Operateandmaintainpowercarts,ensuringthattheyareingoodworkingorder, cleaned, staged, and available foruse by Members and guests.
• Cleanandmaintainallareasofthe Club,includingstagingarea,drivingrange,cart barn, bag room, and lunchroom.
• Ensurethatallsurfacesarekeptclean,andfreefromdirt,dust,anddebris.
• Removetrashandrecyclingfromthe Clubhouseareasonaregularbasis.
• Followallhealthandsafetyregulations,includingusingprotectiveequipmentand following proper cleaning procedures.
• Workeffectivelyaspartofateam,assistingotherstaffmembersas required.

• Previousexperienceincustomerserviceisconsideredanasset.
• Abilitytoperformphysicaltasks,suchasoperatingpowercartsandliftingrangeball bins, golf bags, and supplies.
• Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytomaintainahighlevelofcleanliness.
• Abilityto workindependentlyandaspartofateam.
• Excellentcommunicationskillsandacommitmenttoprovidingoutstandingservice.
• Flexibilitytoworkearlymornings,evenings,weekends,and holidays,as required.
