As a Site Attendant, your role includes ensuring the site runs smoothly by directing vehicles and keeping the environment tidy. This position involves reporting hazards, effective communication with team members, and following safety protocols. Your dedication to maintaining an orderly site is vital for team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely guide commercial vehicles on site daily
• Communicate with Scale attendants and Equipment Operators
• Engage in GFL’s safety culture and training sessions
• Conduct regular housekeeping of the site’s operational areas
• Report hazards and unsafe practices to management immediately
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license necessary
• Basic familiarity with heavy equipment operation
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with multitasking capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs if required
